Welcome to MusicReach.com ("MusicReach"). By using MusicReach you (a “Visitor”) agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy whether or not you register with our site.

  1. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE BY MUSICREACH

    1. MusicReach collects Visitor submitted personal information such as name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and age to authenticate Visitors, and to send notifications to Visitors relating to, without limitation, the MusicReach service, special events, contests, and special offers.
    2. We also log non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, aggregate Visitor data, and browser type. This data is used to improve the website services, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track Visitors' movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our Visitor base as a whole. MusicReach can use the information collected to market directly to that person. MusicReach may send email messages that use a "click-through URL" linked to content to the MusicReach website. When a Visitor clicks one of these URLs, they pass through our web server before arriving at the destination web page. MusicReach tracks this click-through data to help determine interest in particular topics and measure the effectiveness of our customer communications. If you prefer not to be tracked, simply avoid clicking text or graphic links in the email.
    5. From time to time, MusicReach or an advertising or products and services partner (a “Partner”) may sponsor a promotion, sweepstake, or contest on MusicReach. Visitors may be asked to provide personal information including name, email address or home address, or to answer questions in order to participate. MusicReach may transfer personal information to certain advertisement Partners from which you have explicitly requested to receive information.     MusicReach or one of our Partners may deliver advertisements appearing on MusicReach to Visitors. Our Partners may set cookies.     MusicReach contains links to third party websites. MusicReach is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices on other sites. When linking to another site, a Visitor should read the privacy policy stated on that site. Our privacy policy only governs information collected only on MusicReach.com and MusicReach.

  5. CHAT ROOMS, PROFILES, MESSAGE BOARDS, AND PUBLIC FORUMS

    Visitors may modify or remove any of the personal information contained in their profile at any time by logging into their account and accessing the account features.

  7. EMAIL CHOICE / OPT OUT

    Visitors who never or no longer wish to receive updates or notifications may choose not to by opting-out. You can opt-out by editing your account profile. All notification emails and MusicReach newsletters also include the above instructions for opting-out of those communications in the future.

  8. SECURITY

    Visitor’s accounts are secured by Visitor-created passwords. MusicReach takes precautions to insure that account information is kept private. MusicReach uses commercially reasonable measures such as encryption to protect private information that is stored within our database against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, and we restrict access to Visitor’s private information to those employees who need access to perform their job functions, such as our customer service personnel and technical staff. Please note that MusicReach cannot guarantee the security of Visitor account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of Visitor information at any time. Visitors are urged to also take precautions to protect their personal data by changing passwords often using a combination of letters and numbers, and using a secure web browser. MusicReach uses secure technology to protect the transmission of sensitive personal information such as your credit card information. Due to the nature of the Internet, MusicReach cannot guarantee that your personal information will not be free from unauthorized access. MusicReach disclaims all liability for any loss, theft, damage, or interception of communications or data resulting from unauthorized access. If MusicReach learns that personal information is compromised as a result of a breach of security, MusicReach will promptly notify you that your personal information has been compromised. MusicReach will do this under the notification procedures stated in this Privacy Policy, or as otherwise required by law.

  9. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

    Except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, MusicReach will not disclose personal information to any third party unless we believe that disclosure is necessary: (1) to conform to legal requirements or to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process received by MusicReach, whether or not a response is required by applicable law; (2) to enforce the MusicReach Terms of Use or to protect our rights; or (3) to protect the safety of members of the public and Visitors. MusicReach reserves the right to transfer personal information to a successor in interest that acquires rights to that information as a result of the sale of MusicReach or substantially all of its assets to that successor in interest.     MusicReach is not directed to children under the age of 13. We operate our site in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”), and do not permit registration by, and will not knowingly collect or use personally identifiable information from, anyone under 13 years of age. This requirement is clearly posted during the registration process.

  11. CHANGES IN OUR PRIVACY POLICY

    From time to time we may make changes to our Privacy Policy. If we make changes, we will post them on MusicReach to make Visitors aware of what the changes are so that Visitors will always be aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and when we may disclose it. A Visitor is bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when she or he uses MusicReach after those changes have been posted.     All Visitors to MusicReach, including those outside the United States, agree that this Privacy Policy will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
