This will defnitely take longer than I have at the moment but I'll do a little something to get it started.

I'm a 25-year-old singer/songwriter/guitarist (more singer than anything else) from Tallahassee, Florida, originally.  I moved to Jacksonville persuing a career in baseball, but that didn't work out.  So here I am...exploring every possible option.  I love music, and have been performing since the age of 6.  Talent shows, church, choirs, school groups, and some outside stuff just to stay in the musical pressence.  

My influences are all over the place...I believe everyone has an eclectic variety of music in their collection...but mine is definitely among the wider I would say.  I love barbershop music, doo-wop, R&B, classical, hip hop, rap, reggae, alternative, rock, metal, pop, boy band (if thats a genre!) and just about everything else.  Gin Blossoms and Splender are among my favorites to give you an idea of my type of stuff.

For the important stuff...I'm a 2nd Tenor, with a decent falsetto and a low G (was a bass at one time...don't ask me how it happened)....tons of vocal training "back in the day", but now moreso just whatever my heart desires.  Former all-state clinic participant (5-years) and numerous rounds at the Florida State Solo-Ensemble festival...recieving superior ratings everytime. 

I'm more of a self taught guitarist, but I have taken basic lessons to solidify the core teachings.  Still working on soloing... :)

I let my ear and heart determine the style and/or song for the moment...I get nostalgic at times and tear up once in a while....music is very dear to my heart and I like to embrace the way it makes me feel.
